This new Rand 9500#, 12V electric winch gives the ability to pull up to 47690 pounds of rolling weight up a 10% grade (6 degrees). It can also drag up to 9500 pounds of dead weight with a single line pull. Note that this is dead-line weight, not the "rolling weight" that most other winches specify. Dead line weight is the true measure of the pulling power of a winch. It is MUCH easier to pull rolling weight, than to drag dead weight! (Like a truck stuck in deep mud.)
